Current up move is facing resistance from last significant high; even breaking this we still have to face the test of a multi-month down trend line.

CDL H Trust (2009-06-09 Closing Price $0.77)

I don't like the heavy volume with little price movement seen at the top.  To me this signal distribution.  The support at 0.765 better holds.

CDL HTrust - bearish triangle consolidation breakout

CDL HTrust [2010-03-01] - $1.66

Stock has just broke down from a triangle consolidation as shown. Daily MacD has turned down while staying negative while volume picks up on today's negative closing, adding to the bearish sign. 1.62 resist-turned support is not expected to hold for long this time

Resist - 1.72
Support - 1.45 ~ 1.49
Validity - 2 weeks or upon breaking of support/resist
