Since my view of our Singapore stock market is bearish, and shorting is not easy, so I started this to share some of my observation and thought on FX trading. The choice of FX trading is because it is a liquid market and easy to go long and short, and its trading is round the clock 24 hrs 5 days a week. The last point could be important to those who hold a day job in Singapore and wish to day trade FX.
Another thing is many FX brokers offer free demo account for new customer to paper trades. This offer good learning opportunity without the risk of losing real money as we learn.
I am new to this game and I still have a lot to learn, so those who are more experienced please chip in and point out my mistake. I really appreciate it. I hope that through this forum exchange, we can learn from each another and shorten our learning curve.
Lastly, I have to mention this: I am not a licenced financial adviser, so even though my postings later on this subject may contain buy/sell/stops etc, those are just my views and are not asking anyone to follow.
