Price has already broken the up multi-month up trend line, and the rally of the last candle will soon face with the resistance from the short term down trend line and MA.  Looking at the volume of the last candle, I think price will not break this short term down trend line (red) and a rest of support at 7.40 is likely.

I was wrong, price broke above the MA but was capped by the last significant high 8.04 and the previous up trend line now turn resistance.  Immediate support is now 7.75/7.50.

Price hit a low of 7.74 on 2009-09-14 found support there.  The gap up on the last bar on high volume is a good sign.  Price is currently testing resistance of last significant high at 8.04, if it can break above, we shall see 8.20/8.35.

Price hit a high of 8.31 on 2009-09-25 on lower volume.  This bearish divergence alert me to the possible change of market mood.  For trading purpose, I will trimming my holding, and exit all if the green up trend line fail to hold.

Price has broken the green up trend line, support now at 8.00.  Failing this level I will exit all my positions for trading purpose.
